The initiative, that during Christmas time plans <b style=\"\">several repeats daily <\/b>throughout the holiday period, with thousands of visitors, is in it&rsquo;s preparation stage; <b style=\"\">carpenters, blacksmiths, electricians<\/b> are building from scratch a proper <b style=\"\">giant stage<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"NormaleWeb1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">&ldquo;Officially&rdquo; the volunteers explain, &ldquo;we <b style=\"\">began on 18<sup>th <\/sup>September<\/b>. We&#8217;re proud of <b style=\"\">reaching the 39<sup>th<\/sup> edition<\/b> of this performance of the nativity.&rdquo; Videocameras are shooting everything and showing it live on-line on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.presepiovenegono.it\/\"><span class=\"Collegamentoipertestuale1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">http:\/\/www.presepiovenegono.it<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"NormaleWeb1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">This year&#8217;s title will be &ldquo;<b style=\"\">The night when history bowed to Glory&rdquo;<\/b> and the play is written totally in rhyme. For those who want to meet the organisers, <b style=\"\">on 28<sup>th<\/sup> November 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/b>, there will be the Christmas Local Street Market in Lamperti square, Venegono Inferiore, and the people responsible for the nativity project will be there with their stand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"NormaleWeb1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">&ldquo;This year we have great news, as a group of youngsters <b style=\"\">joined the<i style=\"\"> presepiatt<\/i><\/b> (the people involved in this project, from the Italian <i style=\"\">presepe<\/i>, nativity scene) <b style=\"\">to give us a hand<\/b> both in building and in organising the event,&rdquo; they say. &ldquo;The <b style=\"\">Gruppo Presepe<\/b>, in collaboration with <b style=\"\">Associazione Coincidenze<\/b> (the youngsters mentioned above) are organising guided tours to the nativity scene.&rdquo; The protagonists of the tours will be <b style=\"\">the 70 children of the town&#8217;s Spazio Infanzia<\/b>. &ldquo;The purpose of this initiative is to involve primary school children in the preparation of <b style=\"\">one of the most beautiful and important events in the Province during Christmas time<\/b>,&rdquo; they say. &ldquo;The tours consist of four meetings (12<sup>th<\/sup> and 19<sup>th <\/sup>November, 15<sup>th<\/sup> and 17<sup>th <\/sup>December) during which they&#8217;ll get to explore, ask questions and see the painters, the carpenters, the tailors, the architects and other collaborators at work, while working together for the success of the nativity scene (both the living and the miniature one). That&#8217;s <b style=\"\">a way to get the children closer<\/b> both to Christmas and to the world of craftsmanship, that is becoming increasingly distant and unknown.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"NormaleWeb1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Like every year, Varesenews is going to <b style=\"\">pay great attention to Christmas<\/b>.
