Enel, tutti i numeri"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Il 23 dicembre &egrave; pervenuta, da parte della Societ&agrave; Valdadige Costruzioni, una nuova versione degli elaborati progettuali relativi alla proposta definitiva di Programma Integrato di Intervento che interessa due aree, la prima&nbsp;in viale Aguggiari n. 174 e 162&nbsp;(in passato sede di una centrale ENEL recentemente dismessa e di un&rsquo;attivit&agrave; commerciale per la vendita di automobili), e la seconda sita in Via Giordani su area di propriet&agrave; comunale.<\/div>\n<div>La proposta di P.I.I. &egrave; conseguente alla proposta iniziale avanzata in data 02.02.2006 (e sue successive modifiche-integrazioni) alla quale, con comunicazione del 11.07.2008, e stato dato l&rsquo;assenso per la presentazione della proposta definitiva.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Il progetto prevede quindi due comparti, dal perimetro definito, che vanno ad interessare aree ricadenti secondo il vigente Piano Regolatore Generale nelle demolizione dei principali corpi di fabbrica esistenti;<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la costruzione di due nuovi blocchi di edifici a destinazione residenziale articolati su 5 piani fuori terra e due piani interrati per parcheggio privato pertinenziale (per mq. 7.980 SLP).<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la realizzazione di un edificio di tre piani fuori terra in fregio a viale Aguggiari, nel quale si prevede di sviluppare: al piano terra la destinazione commerciale (per mq. 600 SLP), mentre i due piani soprastanti di edilizia residenziale convenzionata (per mq. 800 SLP);<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la realizzazione di un parcheggio a raso della superficie di mq. 675 per 27 posti auto totali, di cui n. 20 destinati a uso pubblico e n. 7 a parcheggi pertinenziali privati;<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la realizzazione di un&rsquo;area a verde pubblico (mq. 940);<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la realizzazione di un marciapiede pubblico di collegamento tra la via Civelli e il viale Aguggiari (mq. 260);<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la realizzazione di un&rsquo;area a &ldquo;golfo&rdquo; per la fermata degli autobus di linea lungo il viale Aguggiari (mq. 150);<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; sistemazione della rotatoria esistente lungo viale Aguggiari, prospiciente il comparto di PII;<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; la costruzione di una palestra in via Giordani a seguito di richiesta dalla Giunta Comunale (in data 04.02.2009) che viene prevista per assolvere alle dotazioni richieste come &ldquo;obiettivo di qualit&agrave;&rdquo; dell&rsquo;intervento e come opera computabile come &ldquo;standard qualitativo&rdquo;;<\/div>\n<div>Il progetto prevede una palestra di superficie lorda di pavimento pari a mq. 1.450 (500 spogliatoi + 950 campo gioco), dotata di tribune per n. 208 posti a sedere e parcheggio a raso per n&deg; 61 posti
