Filming for the sitcom “Telekomandi”, which has taken over the streets of Saronno and Uboldo<\/b>, north of Milan, for almost a month, is continuing. There are two newcomers in the cast, 24-year-old Elena Merelli, from Cogliate, and 17-year-old Gloria Borsellino, from Saronno<\/b>. The twenty episodes of the sitcom, which will be broadcast on a Sky channel, is about a group of young women sitting on a sofa, with the remote control in their hands, exchanging, gags and jokes, that, at times, verge on the surreal, with each other<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n Luciano Silighini Garagnani<\/span>, who is also from Saronno, is the producer and director of this series which “pays tribute to the jokes of Italian comedians, <\/span>Ale and Franz and Luciana Littizzetto, but also to the great Woody Allen.”<\/span><\/p>\n Silighini personally chose the two new actresses. “Elena and Gloria will be the two beautiful neighbours who visit the four main characters<\/b>, Trisha Bettazzi, Martina Cremaschi, Miriam Barbiere and Ilaria Comiotto, and take part in their adventures.”<\/span><\/p>\n Elena Merelli lives in Cogliate<\/span><\/b> and is a student at the Catholic University; this is her first experience in front of the television cameras.
