The Pippo broom is being auctioned

The Pippo broom is being auctioned. There are three plots that together total an estimated auction starting price of 9 million euros. The term to present the biddings has been fixed for 28th April. At the auction, there is the building complex in Castronno (Varese) composed of four buildings in an area measuring more than 41 thousand square meters for an initial price of 7.6 million  euros. In the second plot instead, a minimum of 55 thousand euros, for all of the furnishings and the relevant equipment at the building in question. While in the last unit on sale there are a series of brands of the famous Pippo brooms, from “Pippo with Star” to “Pippo Plume” etc., and some industrial patents of the company. All at a departure price of 1.3 million euros. In the public announcement, that appeared in the press, is specified that some bids have already been received. From last July, the Salviato Brothers have an arrangement and have got the extraordinary wages guarantee fund for its 160 workers. Today, about 60 employees have left their jobs through voluntary mobility, while for the remaining hundred there is the possibility of obtaining an adjournment from the CIG (Wages Guarantee Fund) for another six months.
