Expo Elettronica, the large electronics fair in MalpensaFiere

The 2014 calendar of MalpensaFiere (Busto Arsizio - VA) begins with Expo Elettronica (25 and 26 January), the large fair dedicated to professional and consumer electronics

The 2014 calendar of the MalpensaFiere Exhibition Centre (Busto Arsizio – VA) begins with Expo Elettronica (25 and 26 January), the large fair dedicated to professional and consumer electronics. This is one of the most important exhibitions for Lombardy, where it is possible to find thousands of IT products, telephones, tablets, home theatre products, accessories for consoles and video games, car audio, navigators, small electrical appliances, lighting, consumer materials (for the home, study and work), spare parts, bits and pieces, and hobby and DIY products.

For two days, the exhibition centre will be turned into a mega outlet, with discounts of up to 80% on the traditional distribution channels. Among the most popular items, there are multimedia boxes, which turn your TV into an Internet station without using a PC, consoles and the very latest accessories for videogames, tablets and smart phones, which are increasingly versatile and useful in both professional and everyday life, with their gadgets such as smart watches, solar panel battery rechargers, support covers and many more. The demand for desktops, laptops and increasingly sophisticated accessories is still great: SSDs, graphics tablets, amplifiers, hard disks/NASs, depending on your needs and preferences; the demand for small household appliances, electrical and lighting material, and consumer material is also great. It will be possible to find everything, from components and spare parts (also used) from the “analogue” era, equipment for amateur radio operators, printers, screens (both new and second-hand), mobile phones, small household appliances, software and video games, and CDs and DVDs, which are necessary for copying. Moreover, at Expo Elettronica, space will also be given to a series of “unobtainable” items, including components, spare parts, bits and pieces for assembling and repairing electrical and electronic devices of a few years ago, satisfying the wishes both of hobbyists and professionals alike.

About 150 exhibitors are expected, with a very wide range of electronic technologies that we now use every day and that have become part of every aspect of our lives. The invitation to Expo Elettronica goes out to all experts, novices, electrical repairers, amateur radio operators and DIY enthusiasts, looking for bargains and rare items. Used materials are displayed at Radio Expò, the market for amateur radio operators, with transmitters, aerials, components and wonderful old-fashioned radios, which always arouse a great deal of interest, as they combine electronics, DIY and collecting.
